What is an Extrait de Parfum?
It is the most concentrated form perfumery offers. Where an Eau de Toilette sits between five and fifteen percent fragrance oil, and an Eau de Parfum between fifteen and twenty, an extrait begins at thirty percent. Ours are built at forty percent — a density that changes not only how long a fragrance lasts, but how it moves and how it unfolds on the skin.
How long will it last?
Longer than most, though we make no promises of a fixed number. Scent is an intimate chemistry: it behaves differently on dry skin than on oily, in humidity than in cold, on the wrist than on fabric. In our own wear testing, performance ranged from twelve to over eighteen hours depending on the wearer and the conditions.
Why do your fragrances cost what they do?
Ours are Extraits de Parfum at forty percent, where most fragrances sit between five and twenty — but strength means nothing if what you're concentrating is cheap. Our oils are premium grade and imported from either France, Switzerland, or Spain. At a 40% concentration, fragrance oil represents a substantial part of the cost of every Rareté bottle. Combined with imported materials, extended maceration and considered packaging, you arrive at our price. Nothing here is expensive for its own sake — it is simply what a fragrance costs when nothing is cut to make it cheaper.
How much should I apply?
Less than you are used to. An extrait at this strength is not worn the way a lighter formulation is — three to five is the whole application. Six to eight if you want to be noticed. Heritage and Mirage in particular reward restraint. Apply to pulse points, and resist the instinct to add more before the fragrance has had time to settle.
Should I rub my wrists together?
Avoid rubbing your wrists together. Friction can alter the way the opening develops, so spray and allow the fragrance to dry naturally.
Are your fragrances for men or women?

Are these inspired by other fragrances?
Rareté fragrances are our own interpretations of familiar scent profiles. They are produced using our selected oils, concentration and maceration process, then presented entirely under the Rareté identity. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any designer brand or fragrance house.
Why does it take weeks to make?
Every batch is blended by hand and then set aside to macerate for several weeks before it is bottled. Maceration is the quiet part of perfumery — invisible in the finished object, and impossible to imitate. It is during this rest that the raw materials cease to be separate notes and become a single accord. It is also the first thing sacrificed when a house is in a hurry.
How should I store it?
Somewhere cool, dark and stable. Heat and sunlight are what age a fragrance, not time. Keep it in its box, away from windows and bathrooms — the humidity and temperature swings of a bathroom are harder on a perfume than anywhere else in the home.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship across Pakistan. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery normally takes a further 2–5 working days, depending on the destination.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. We confirm every COD order before dispatch, so please make sure the number you provide is reachable. There is a 50% advance for all our COD orders.
What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and opened or used bottles cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect orders are eligible for a replacement or refund when reported within 48 hours of delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs or a video of the parcel and product. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
