Refund policy

Due to the personal nature of fragrance, opened or used bottles cannot be returned or exchanged — this is standard hygiene practice for all perfume.

Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rarete.pk@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92 327 6012121 with your order number and a photo/video of the parcel and product. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including delivery charges.

We recommend recording a short video while opening your parcel — it makes any damage claim instant and hassle-free.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before payment confirmation. Once payment has been confirmed and processing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
