Shipping Policy

We ship across Pakistan.

Delivery charges: Flat Rs. 300 nationwide, added at checkout.

Dispatch: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.

Delivery time: Delivery normally takes a further 2–5 working days, depending on the destination.

Tracking: You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Payment: Prepaid orders require full payment before dispatch. Cash-on-delivery orders require a 50% advance to confirm the order, with the remaining 50% payable upon delivery.

Packaging: Every bottle is wrapped and sealed in protective packaging before it ships. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.

International orders: Not available at the moment.
